Swift Digital use Amazon Web Services (AWS) which has been assessed by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), provided with formal IRAP certification, and approved and reassessed as compliant. IRAP certification assesses security compliance and endorses suitably-qualified systems used by and associated with Australian Government organisations.

In New South Wales, Swift Digital is an ICT approved supplier. The Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, in consultation with industry and NSW Government agencies, has developed the NSW Government ICT services scheme. It aligns with the current NSW Government Digital Strategy, which provides a comprehensive approach to identifying, sourcing and procuring ICT goods and services, to ensure the government harnesses new, innovative and effective approaches.
